These dishes and glasses were made at the Hemingray plant during the "Owens Illinois years". These pieces are "Libbey Glass". The Muncie Hemingray/Owens Illinois site was a Libbey glass plant. Making several ranges of table glassware

The 7oz. On The Rocks shows up by itself two (2) years after the set stopped being sold in , 1964, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970.
The Muncie plant closed its doors on September 1, 1972. The St. Regis pattern shows back up in a new size called "Mini-Rocks 5oz." And the regular 7 oz.10 years past this date in "1982 Glassware for the food services industry" the 5oz. never appeared in catalogs during the years of production at the Muncie, IN plant.
The 5oz. unit was never made at the Muncie plant as it was made 10 years after the plant closed. The 7oz. appears to have lived on "Post Munice" or they had lots of "new old stock" of them in the warehouse. We do know that during the Muncie plant operation the 7 oz. glasses were made there. At this time it is unknown if this pattern was also made at other Libbey plants or not.
NOTE: We know these were made at the old Hemingray plant from talking with a former employee who showed me examples of them in his collection.
These items are shown in the "1955 Factory Stock General Listings Catalog" under the category of " miscellaneous glassware."

"A wide range of special-purpose glassware developed by Libbey over the years to meet your special needs. Not part of any specific line, they still carry the proud Libbey tradition of quality."
4 ½ oz. Parfait, 12oz. Soda, 6 ½ oz. Tulip Sundae, 3 ½ oz. Sherbet, and 5" Supreme make a surprising reappearance in the 1982 Food Services Catalog after not being seen for nine (9) years (and 10 years after the closing of the Muncie plant).
Not 100% sure what this dish is. It never shows up in any of the catalogs. There were shards found at the Hemingray factory dump and was definitely made at the Muncie plant. If you know anything about it please contact me.

A surprising return is made in the "1982 Food Services Catalog." Shown are all three (3) sizes shown Amber and Smoke. The Smoke one appears to be a much lighter color then the ones made at the Muncie plant. This may just be the photo as I have yet to run across a dish this light. Then Clear is shown but only in the 4 ½ inch size. This is a full 10 year after the Muncie plant closes.

A surprising return is made in the "1982 Food Services Catalog" It is shown just as a drawing no colors mentioned but based on the catalog numbers form older catalogs I believe Clear and Amber are what is talked about in this catalog. This is a full 10 year after the Muncie plant closes.
Rectangle style made from a half of a glass block. Not believed to be a production item but something made by the workers at the Muncie plant from glass block halves. The one in the photo is from the collection of a former employee.
Patented on July 4th 1944 by H.M. Anholt (Patent Number 2,352,756). Ashtray is marked with "PAT.2352756".
We know the Muncie plant made these because of info. from former employees of the Muncie plant.
As an interesting side note the example in the photo is one I found at an antique store in Muncie! They only come in clear.
A special ordered Cigar box made for Henry Clay Cigars. A former Hemingray employee informed me about these being made at the Muncie plant. The example in my collection has part of a Henry Clay paper label on it. At this time it is not known if these were exclusive to Henry Clay or a general Glass cigar box anyone could get.
